PORTAL - The Provincial People's Committee (PPC) issued Decision 28/2023/QD-UBND on construction unit price, land price list adjustment and specific land valuation in Binh Duong province. This Decision takes effect from October 01, 2023 and replaces Decision No. 06/2016/QD-UBND dated February 29, 2016 of the PPC.
This is applicable to agencies performing the function of State management of land; the agency with the function of building, adjusting and appraising land price lists and valuating specific land prices; organizations with the function of consulting on determining land prices, individuals practicing consulting on determining land prices and other relevant organizations and individuals.
The purpose of applying Unit Price as a basis for preparing and verifying estimates, settling projects and construction tasks, adjusting land price lists and valuating specific land prices according to direct comparison, deduction, income and surplus methods; consulting on land price determination.
