The meeting reviewed and gave opinions related to proposals on land and tax procedures of enterprises. At the same time, removing obstacles for real estate projects: Adjusting the projects of Vo Minh Duc Residential Area, Sabinco Commercial - Service Housing Area, Tan Phuoc Khanh Industrial - Commercial - Service Cluster; appraisal and assessment of the suitability of projects in rural areas; handling violating works, etc.

In addition to the timely and complete implementation of Central government's policies supporting enterprises, the Steering Committee for resolving enterprises' difficulties and obstacles and the Team for resolving difficulties and obstacles in real estate projects regularly listen to recommendations and proactively remove difficulties within their authority. To date, the Steering Committee for Resolving Enterprises' difficulties and obstacles has held 10 meetings to discuss and direct the removal of difficulties and obstacles related to land, investment procedures, real estate market, reforming administrative procedures, supporting production and business, and promoting the export of goods.
