PORTAL – The Provincial People's Council issued Resolution No. 11/NQ-HDND on the adjustment of the investment policy of the Ho Chi Minh City's Ring Road No. 4 construction investment project, a section from Thu Bien bridge - Saigon River (phase 1) according to public-private partnership (PPP) method. This resolution was approved by the 10th Provincial People's Council, 10th meeting (thematic) on July 04, 2023, and takes effect from the date of adoption.
Specifically, adding the administrative boundary of Thu Dau Mot city to the project implementation location mentioned at point c, clause 2, Article 1 of Resolution No. 09/NQ-HDND dated May 19, 2023, of the Provincial People's Council.
The project implementation location after adjustment includes Thu Dau Mot City, Tan Uyen City, Ben Cat Town, and Bac Tan Uyen district. The remaining contents are implemented in accordance with Resolution No. 09/NQ-HDND dated May 19, 2023, of the Provincial People's Council.
