PORTAL – The Provincial People's Committee (PPC) promulgates Decision on announcement of amended administrative procedures (APs) in the field of housing and offices; construction activities; construction planning, architecture under the jurisdiction of the Department of Construction.
Specifically, amending 05 APs for housing and offices and 06 APs for construction activities in Decision No. 2377/QD-UBND dated October 18, 2021 of the PPC Chairman on the announcement of new APs under the jurisdiction of the Department of Construction, the district-level People's Committee; 04 APs in the construction and architectural planning in Decision No. 390/QD-UBND dated February 05, 2021 of the PPC Chairman on the announcement of newly promulgated APs in the architectural planning under the jurisdiction of the Department of Construction.
