Number of Covid-19 cases through RT-PCR test on October 29, 2021
During the day, collecting 274 patients; 06 patients died. Since the 4th pandemic wave, Binh Duong province has recorded 231,721 cases of Covid-19 (through RT-PCR test); 2,403 deaths.
Currently, there are 7,207 patients being treated (through RT-PCR test and rapid test). In which, treatment at home: 2,483 patients, treatment facilities: 4,724 patients.
The entire province has 538 lockdown areas, including: Thuan An: 247; Phu Giao: 07; Dau Tieng: 17; Ben Cat: 211; Thu Dau Mot: 56, with 20,700 people in the lockdown areas.
The province has carried out the 2nd phase of large-scale testing until now (from August 02, 2021 to present). As a result, localities took samples for rapid test and PCR for 11,255,495 turns of people, with 192,001 positive cases (rate of 1.71%). The Provincial Center for Disease Control took PCR samples for 139,025 workers at 173 companies in industrial parks, with 435 positive cases.
Cumulatively, the province has vaccinated 3,923,383 doses/5,322,890 doses of the distributed Covid-19 vaccine (2,334,172 1st doses and 1,589,211 2nd doses). From October 31, 2021, Binh Duong will deploy Pfizer vaccination for children aged 12-17.
