Before that, on September 05, 2021, Mr. T. V. H (currently a F0 treated at the quarantine area of Han Thuyen Primary School, Quarter 8, Hiep An Ward, Thu Dau Mot City) created a Zalo account named "Doctor Long" and posted on the group "Han Thuyen quarantine area" with the content "the list to be back home on September 05. All of people will be back home, everyone take advantage of the neat arrangement of things tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. to the ground floor". The information Mr. T. V. H posted above has caused confusion and worry for F0 patients being treated here.

Through working with the competent authority, Mr. T. V. H has admitted his violation and committed not to repeat it. Mr. T. V. H's posting of this content violated the provisions of Point n, Clause 3, Article 102, Decree no. 15/2020/ND-CP dated February 03, 2020 of the Government stipulating penalties for administrative violations in the fields of posts, telecommunications, radio frequency, information technology and electronic transactions.
