PORTAL - Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee promulgates a Plan to to receive the main army of the Ministry of Defense to participate in the Covid-19 prevention and control of the 2nd and 3rd phase in the province.
Accordingly, receiving 2,230 officers and soldiers, including: 500 officers and soldiers of 271st Regiment, 5th Infantry Division, 7th Military Region; 1,050 officers and soldiers of 4th Corps; 500 officers and students of Army Officer Training College 2 and 60 physicians, doctors and 120 nurses of the Military Medical Academy.
The main army force participates in security posts and patrols to maintain political security - social order and safety; receives and delivers food and foodstuffs to the people to stabilize their social security life; propagandizes to the people to perform pandemic prevention and control in the spirit of Directive 16 of the Prime Minister; protects and serves in quarantine and treatment areas.
Particularly, the medical force of the Military Medical Academy is strengthened to form 60 medical groups (each group with 01 doctor, 02 nurses) and 15 ambulances to perform the task of monitoring and providing medical care for F0 in the province.
Allocation target: Thu Dau Mot city 165 officers and soldiers; Thuan An city 800 officers and soldiers; Di An city 200 officers and soldiers; Tan Uyen Town 700 officers and soldiers; Ben Cat Town 135 officers and soldiers; Dau Tieng district 50 officers and soldiers. At the same time, 09 districts, towns and cities receive 60 Army medical groups.
The Provincial People's Committee requires close cooperation between agencies, units and localities in the handover, management, training and task performance. Local forces effectively coordinate with the main army during the implementation of the Covid-19 prevention and control.
