​PORTAL - The Department of Health announces the Plan to take samples for testing SARS-CoV-2 for the 2nd phase (from August 03 to August 09, 2021).

Accordingly, for localities that have not yet implemented the campaign of rapid testing or large-scale PCR testing (remaining in Tan Uyen district), it is required to strictly follow the instructions of the Subcommittee on Coordination. Specifically, deploying quickly and neatly, making it clean at each stage of work, organizing a temporary lockdown as soon as the rapid testing has a positive case, tracing F1, arranging means of transport of people of suspected infection to the temporary F0 quarantine area, setting up checkpoints in the tested area.

For Southern localities: Di An city, Thuan An city, Thu Dau Mot city, Ben Cat town, taking PCR samples for 100% of cases of Covid-19 suspected infection (positive rapid testing) who are temporarily quarantined for treatment (currently more than 10,000 cases left). PCR testing for F0 who are being treated in treatment areas established by the province and areas established by the locality, handling for hospital discharge for eligible cases according to the guidance of the Ministry of Health to reduce pressure for the treatment areas.

Taking PCR test samples for cases of F1 in concentrated quarantine and F1 in quarantine at home (can use pooled method) to ensure the prescribed time.

In high-risk areas such as markets, supermarkets, department stores, bus stations, hospitals, boarding houses, around the lockdown areas, taking pooled PCR samples of 10 at least every 3 days to promptly detect new outbreaks, timely handle them to prevent spread.

Particularly in Di An city, Thuan An city (Binh Chuan ward, An Phu ward), the pandemic situation is still complicated, and new outbreaks often appear (estimated at 2,000 - 3,000 F0) in the community and in "3-on-the-spot" enterprises, it is recommended to evaluate and perform rapid testing for 100% of people in Di An city and 02 wards of Thuan An city; pooled PCR testing with 10 samples many times until F0 is completely controlled.

The Northern localities: Dau Tieng, Phu Giao, Bac Tan Uyen and Bau Bang districts strictly implement the Directive no. 16, set up checkpoints to ensure the "green zone" and prevent new outbreaks from arising. Testing according to the guidance of the Subcommittee on Coordination. Particularly in Dau Tieng district, it is required to review enterprises in the area to organize a screening test for F0 and prevent F0 from spreading to the community.

The localities that have completed the testing campaign immediately set up a monitoring system in the community, promote the Covid Safety Groups to promptly grasp the pandemic situation, detect cases with symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, respiratory infection, etc., record the reflections of the people to promptly verify, handle immediately, prevent outbreaks from arising again. Testing for enterprises inside and outside the industrial parks. Immediately reviewing and making statistics on the situation of workers and employees who are performing "3 on the spot" including operation situation (total number of enterprises/industrial parks, total number of workers), solutions for the Covid-19 prevention and control, the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic in each enterprise.
