PORTAL - The Provincial People's Committee promulgates the Decision on the publication of standardized administrative procedures (AP) under the jurisdiction of the Department of Education and Training, the district-level People's Committee and the commune-level People's Committee.
Accordingly, there are 62 AP under the jurisdiction of the Department of Education and Training; 35 AP under the jurisdiction of the district-level People's Committee; 05 AP under the jurisdiction of the commune-level People's Committee.
This Decision replaces Decision no. 2893/QD-UBND dated September 30, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee on the publication of standardized AP under the jurisdiction of the Department of Education and Training, the district-level People's Committee and the commune-level People's Committee.
