At the same time, The Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has submitted to the Provincial Party Committee's policy to support people in isolated and blocked areas belonging to the elderly, pregnant women, children with disabilities, and Orange victims have difficult circumstances, the estimated expenditure is VND 1,000,000 /person.

Regarding artifacts, the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (Rescue Board) has received many artifacts, goods, medical equipment, medical supplies, essential necessities. As of July 16, 2021, received 04 ambulances, 01 medicine truck, over 22,000 Covid-19 antigen test kits, 20,000 gloves, medical masks, 600 medical protective suits etc. and more than 100 tons of goods, necessities, vegetables and fruits, food to support people in isolation areas and forces on duty to prevent and control the epidemic. All items and goods and necessities received have been allocated by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province in collaboration with the Department of Health, the Center for Disease Control of the province (CDC) and the Provincial Red Cross Society to be distributed to isolated areas, hospitals and clinics to support people and forces on duty to prevent and control the epidemic.
