Implement the Law on Residence in 2020

​PORTAL - The Provincial People's Committee promulgates the Plan to implement the Law on Residence 2020.

Accordingly, the agencies and organizations have thoroughly grasped the contents of the Residence Law and its guiding documents to leaders and key officials of all levels and branches in the province (to be implemented in July 2021); promote propaganda on the mass media and direct communication in activities and meetings of all levels and sectors (executed regularly every year); organize the review of legal documents related to the field of residence, administrative procedures in the field of residence management to promulgate according to its competence or propose, recommend competent authorities to amend, supplement, replace, cancel or promulgate a new one (to be implemented in July 2021); participate in the development of documents detailing regulations and measures to implement the Law on Residence.

Provincial Public's Security shall coordinate with relevant agencies and units to advise the Provincial People's Committee to develop plans; organize a Conference on implementation of the Law and its guiding documents to leaders and key officials of departments, branches, Vietnam Fatherland Front, provincial mass organizations, provincial People's Court, Provincial People's Procuracy and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities. Distribute documents for propaganda and dissemination of the Law and guiding documents; organize intensive training for leaders, key officials, law rapporteurs, police of communes, wards and townships, officers and soldiers directly engaged in residence management.

Simultaneously, coordinate with the Department of Justice and relevant agencies to examine, review and systematize legal documents related to the field of residence to propose amendments, supplements, replacements or annulments or new promulgation, ensuring consistency in the legal system on residence etc.
