PORTAL - The Provincial People's Committee promulgated a Decision to annul the entire Decision no. 60/2010/QD-UBND dated December 22, 2010 of the Provincial People's Committee on Regulations on the workday allowance for the Militia and Self-defense force while on duty, support for the payment level of Social Insurance, Voluntary Health Insurance for commune-level military Deputy commanders and monthly allowance for quarter and hamlet leaders.
This decision takes effect from July 15, 2021.
Previously, the 9th Binh Duong Provincial People's Council, 17th meeting adopted the Resolution no. 19/2020/NQ-HDND dated December 10, 2020 on Regulations on the number of Deputy Commanders of Military Commands in grade-1 communes, wards and towns; allowance level for the hamlet leader and quarter leader; workday allowance level for Militia and Self-defense force in Binh Duong province. The Resolution takes effect from January 01, 2021.
