Accordingly, departments, committees, branches, political organizations, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and relevant units based on Notice no. 177/TB-VPCP and the actual situation of the locality carrying out the Covid-19 prevention and control in the past time to organize the implementation appropriately and effectively. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to the content of promoting assignment and decentralization along with the personalization of individual responsibilities at each level and each branch to fight the pandemic more effectively.
In addition, implementing "4 on the spot" (prevention, quarantine and treatment on the spot; facilities, equipment, medicine, protection on the spot; funding on the spot; manpower on the spot) at a higher level, so as not to be passive when the pandemic increases and develops complicatedly in many parts of the province; with the "3 Nos" motto of removing obstacles and ensuring conditions for the fight against the pandemic: No saying lack of funds, means, medical supplies, biological products, etc.; no saying lack of manpower; no saying lack of regulations, mechanisms and policies.
At the same time, further strengthening propaganda, mobilizing people, enterprises to agree, support, share, actively and voluntarily cooperate and implement measures for pandemic prevention and control, especially the implementation of strong measures when necessary on lockdown, distancing and quarantine.
