​Accordingly, departments, committees, branches, mass organizations; People's Committees of districts, towns and cities are required to continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly and effectively implement Directive no. 47-CT/TW dated June 25, 2015 of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee on strengthening the Party's leadership in FPF; Directive no. 29/CT-TTg dated October 09, 2018 of the Prime Minister on strengthening the effectiveness of state management over the management, operation and use of apartment buildings and legal documents on FPFR.

At the same time, promoting propaganda and education on the law on FPFR; knowledge in the safe use of fire and heat sources in apartments and high-rise buildings; measures, solutions, escape and rescue skills in all situations. In which focusing on propagating the responsibilities and obligations of the head of agencies, organizations, enterprises and people in FPF; coordinating with the provincial Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front, the armed forces and political and social organizations to propagandize and mobilize the masses of the people to actively participate in the movement of all people in FPF.

At the same time, strengthening coordination in inspection and supervision of the responsibilities of heads of agencies, organizations and units in implementing FPF measures, promptly correcting limitations and weaknesses, handling strictly for individuals and organizations that violate regulations on FPFR.

Heads of units in the Building of the Provincial Administration Center fully implement the responsibilities of FPFR within the scope of management; regularly disseminate and thoroughly understand the cadres, civil servants and public employees to strictly comply with the provisions of the law on FPFR and the instructions of the Building Management Board on FPFR, etc.
