For beneficiaries receiving benefits via personal accounts (ATM), Provincial Post office will transfer pensions and SI benefits for July and August 2021 to beneficiaries' accounts from July 02, 2021 and complete before July 10, 2021.

For beneficiaries receiving cash benefits, the payment period starts from July 05, 2021 to July 24, 2021. The Post office makes payments directly at post offices or payment locations.

To ensure the safety of beneficiaries, the payment must comply with the 5K recommendation of the Ministry of Health; wear masks, equip with hand sanitizer, divide, regulate subjects to avoid large gatherings and take measures to prevent and control the pandemic as prescribed.

In areas where the distancing is implemented according to Directive 15 and Directive 16 of the Prime Minister such as Tan Uyen town, Thuan An city, Thu Dau Mot city, Ben Cat town, Di An city, Provincial Post office directs the Post offices of districts to work with local authorities on the location and payment time to ensure the regulations on pandemic prevention and control.

For locked down areas, the district-level Post office shall coordinate with local authorities and the Steering Committee for Pandemic Prevention and Control to organize safe payment for beneficiaries in accordance with the pandemic situation of each locality.

For beneficiaries under concentrated quarantine, the district Post office will contact the beneficiaries and concentrated quarantine facilities to pay for beneficiaries. In case the beneficiary does not agree to receive it at the concentrated quarantine facility, the Post office will pay the beneficiary after the concentrated quarantine period as prescribed.
