According to the Health sector, currently, the number of new Covid-19 cases related to the source of infection from Ho Chi Minh City continues to record with a high number of cases, therefore, it is recommended that people from Ho Chi Minh City to Binh Duong strictly follow the instructions on prevention and control of Covid-19 according to the content of Official Letter No. 5389/BYT-MT dated July 7, 2021 of the Ministry of Health: "People from Ho Chi Minh City (except for cases from other provinces and cities passing through Ho Chi Minh City but not stopping or parking) are considered to be in contact with close contacts of confirmed cases must carry out medical isolation at home for a period of 07 days from the date of return to their localities, continue to self-monitor health during the next 07 days. At the same time, the test must be performed 03 times on the first, third and sixth days of the medical isolation period at home".
The province has established 07 more treatment areas for Covid-19 patients, with a total of 1,340 hospital beds; conducted the 4th round of vaccination for 24,000 people.
