The People's Committees of districts and communes drastically direct the electronic health declaration and QR code scanning to control the information of people entering and leaving for agencies, organizations, enterprises, establishments and locations in the locality; have solutions to guide, remind and ask people when entering and leaving agencies, organizations, offices and public places that need to scan QR codes.

At the same time, closely coordinating with the Department of Information and Communications and relevant agencies and units to thoroughly use the technology system provided by the National Center for Technology for Covid-19 Prevention and Control to serve in managing, tracing and complying with regulations on ensuring information safety and security.

The Department of Information and Communications strengthens coordination, direction, guidance, and information provision for information and press agencies operating in the province, especially the Radio stations at district and commune level to implement extensive and regular propaganda measures. Coordinating with the Authority of Information Technology Application, Ministry of Information and Communications and relevant units of the Ministry of Health to use technology systems provided by the National Center for Technology for Covid-19 Prevention and Control to serve the work of management and tracing.
