​​The election of deputies to the 15^th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels in Binh Duong province for the 2021-2026 tenure took place successfully and safely, ensuring democracy, law, and thrift. The province had 1,705,031 voters participating in the election in 1,100 polling stations, reaching the rate of 99.43%. All 18 constituencies for deputies to the Provincial People's Council had the number of voters on the voting list reaching more than half of the total number of voters of the constituency; no constituency had to conduct re-election, no constituency elected with a shortage of deputies who must vote additionally. 

Awarding the Certificate of Deputy to the 10^th Provincial People's Council to 70 deputies

On May 27, 2021, after examining the Minutes of determining election results of Election Boards and summarizing the election results at the constituencies for the deputies to the Provincial People's Council, the Election Committee (EC) conducted a minutes summarizing the election of deputies to the provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 tenure. The Provincial People's Committee promulgated Resolution no. 132/NQ-UBBC dated May 27, 2021 on announcing the results of election of the 10^th Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 tenure and Resolution no. 151/NQ-UBBC dated June 25, 2021 on confirmation of the status of deputies to the 10^th Provincial People's Council, 2021-2026 tenure. On June 25, 2021, the Provincial EC held a meeting of members of the Provincial EC to vote for confirmation of the status of deputies and promulgate Resolution no. 151/NQ-UBBC confirming 70 elected and qualified deputies to the 10^th Binh Duong Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 tenure.

At the first Meeting, the Provincial People's Council awarded the Certificate of Deputy to the 10^th Provincial People's Council to 70 deputies.
