In relation to the residential address: 18 infected cases live in Chanh Nghia Ward (Thu Dau Mot City); Lai Thieu, Thuan Giao, An Phu, Binh Chuan Ward (Thuan An City); Di An Ward (Di An City); Binh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City); the addresses of 58 cases at WANEK 2 Co., Ltd are being identified.

From the 4^th epidemic, Binh Duong has recorded 635 infected cases in the community. The epidemic has appeared in 40 companies, factories and dozens of workers' hostels. 632 patients are being treated (the oldest patient is 78 years old and the youngest one is 6 months old, 03 patients suffering severe prognosis require mechanical ventilation, 03 patients are receiving oxygen).

According to the Health sector, Binh Duong is the locality where there are lots of hostels and factories inside and outside the industrial parks. Infected cases have penetrated into many companies and spread to workers' hostels and other companies, so it is difficult to control and the number of infected cases can highly increase in the near future if there is no prompt prevention. The current number of infected cases in the province increases in a rapid speed, turns to level 5 (>300 cases), so the epidemic alert level should be brought to the highest level to focus on timely measures and resources to fight the epidemic.

Currently, mobilize resources to control the outbreak at Wanek 2 Co., Ltd and House Wares Vietnam Co., Ltd. Organize sampling to screen 1 million people in high-risk areas. Establish 100 inspection teams to monitor and guide epidemic prevention and control at companies, factories and enterprises. Closely inspect and supervise concentrated isolation areas to prevent cross-infection; increase the number of isolation beds to 20,000 - 30,000 beds. Improve the capacity to treat patients with Covid-19, the ability to accommodate 1,000 patients. Focus on improving the capacity to conduct Covid-19 vaccination, firstly conduct 20,000 doses of the Phase 4 of vaccination and establish plan to conduct vaccination for workers (about 1 million doses).

The Health sector requires citizens to proactively raise the awareness of preventing and controlling the epidemic:

1. Strictly perform 5K message "MASK – DISINFECTION – DISTANCE – DO NOT GATHER – MEDICAL DECLARATION."
2. When having symptoms of respiratory disease such as: fever, cough, sore throat, chest tightness, difficulty breathing... go to the nearest health station or medical facility for treatment and instructions on epidemic prevention and control according to the regulations.
3. It is suggested that community Covid-19 teams should strengthen their activities to detect people with symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat, chest tightness, difficulty breathing, etc. to promptly handle the disease to prevent the disease from spreading in the community.
4. Localities applying Directive 15, Directive 16 of the Prime Minister must strictly implement the regulations on preventing and controlling the epidemic.
