Conducting rapid Covid-19 antigen tests at companies, enterprises
PORTAL – Due to the complicated situation and quick spread in many companies, factories of the Covid-19 epidemic; in order to proactively detect and promptly prevent, Binh Duong Steering Committee for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19 issues a document on conducting rapid Covid-19 antigen tests at companies, enterprises.

Accordingly, request all companies, enterprises to conduct rapid Covid-19 antigen tests by themselves according to instructions in Official Document No. 4352/BYT-MT dated May 28, 2021 of the Ministry of Health on guidelines for quarantine and testing in industrial parks, factories.

Specifically, conduct testing by SAR-COV-2 antigens rapid tests weekly for every workers participating in providing services for production and business facilities like beverage, hotels, accommodations for experts, transport of supplies, merchandise, repair, maintenance machinery etc.; randomly test for 20% of workers in production and business facilities, industrial parks and workers' hostels which have the high potential.

Health Centers of localities organize training, guidelines for companies and enterprises to conduct rapid Covid-19 antigen tests; request each company, business to appoint at least 01 staff who will be trained how to get samples and conduct rapid Covid-19 tests (companies should contact Health Center at district levels in locality to be instructed).

The Industrial Zones Authority shall preside and coordinate with the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities, and be responsible for the implementation for companies and enterprises in the industrial parks.

People's Committee of districts, towns, cities shall preside and coordinate with Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Industry and Trade and be responsible for the implementation for companies and enterprises outside the industrial parks.

The owners of companies and enterprises will completely take responsibilities if the Covid-19 spreads in their companies in the case that they do not strictly follow the regulations on preventing and controlling the epidemic.
