Reporting to the Government Delegation, Mr. Van Quang Tan - Director of the Provincial General Hospital said that Binh Duong is currently treating 228 patients (226 community-infected patients, 01 re-positive case from Khanh Hoa, 01 foreign expert). In which, the number of treatment cases at Binh Duong Provincial General Hospital is 155 cases, Tan Uyen Medical Center is 05 cases and Thuan An Medical Center is 68 cases. Among these patients, there is 01 patient with severe prognosis requiring mechanical ventilation and 03 patients breathing oxygen. The hospital has implemented the treatment regimen according to the guidance of the Ministry of Health, fully prepared the necessary facilities, equipment and medical staff to serve the treatment of Covid-19 cases such as: Prepare 130 ventilators ready to treat patients; at the same time, gather the province's leading doctors to treat serious patients. If the epidemic situation in the province is beyond the reach, the entire Health sector will be mobilized to support the Hospital.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh praised the silent contributions and sacrifices of medical staff and doctors at the Provincial General Hospital in particular and the team of doctors and nurses across the country in general are fighting day and night to protect the health of the people.
The Prime Minister noted that recently, some hospitals have been subjectively let down their vigilance at medical facilities to cause epidemics at hospitals. Therefore, the Hospital must follow a stricter process for the direct treatment subjects as well as the force on duty to treat patients to prevent infection from occurring in the hospital. In addition to performing the special task of treating Covid-19 patients, the hospital needs to ensure good health care for the people. While performing special tasks, there must be special regimes, management and countermeasures; must connect with other treatment centers to exchange experiences on the basis of practice, supplementing theory to move from theory to practice.
