PORTAL – Due to the complex situation of Covid-19 pandemic which is predicted to rapidly spread in a large scale, People's Committee of Tan Uyen Town, People's Committee of Thuan An City have issued documents on the strict implementation of Directive 16/CT-TTg dated March 31, 2020 of the Prime Minister, in order to promptly prevent and effectively implement results of measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic in the area in the current period.
Accordingly, Chairman of People's Committee of Tan Uyen Town and Chairman of People's Committee Thuan An City request agencies, units, businesses, the People's Committee of wards to grasp thoroughly and strictly follow the instruction documents of the Prime Minister, of the Central Ministries, of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee related to the effective prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic and be in line with the epidemic situation in the locality.
Social distancing is strictly implemented throughout Tan Uyen Town and Thuan An City according to Directive 16/CT-TTg from 0:00 on June 21, 2021 until new announcements are issued. Residents must ensure social distancing, keep distance between people, community and community; strictly implement the minimum distance of 2m when communicating; not gather more than 02 people outside of offices, schools, hospitals and public places. Residents are required to stay at home, minimize going out, except for really necessary cases such as: purchasing food, medicine and other essential goods and necessities; the emergency situations such as: emergency, medical examination and treatment, natural disaster, fire...; In case they leave the house, they must wear masks, wash hands with soap or antiseptic solution.
All unnecessary services are temporarily suspended, only essential commodities are allowed to be sold (such as: food, medicine; petroleum, electricity, water; fuel…). Food and beverage businesses are only allowed to sell take-away, must ensure a distance of 02m between people, and do not gather more than 02 people at the same time.
Heads of state agencies, units, armed forces and factories, production facilities; traffic and construction works must be responsible for ensuring absolute safety and fully implementing anti-epidemic measures such as: strictly implement the wearing of masks, arrange adequate means and supplies for epidemic prevention and control according to regulations and recommendations of the Health sector; require employees to make medical declarations, comply with measures to limit movement, contact and communication; temporarily suspend non-urgent activities, reduce the density of workers; strictly arrange, manage the transportation of employees (if any) to the workplace to ensure the prevention of risks of disease infection. Any situation which cannot fulfill all the requirements will be forced to stop its operation. Local health facilities shall guide, inspect and supervise epidemic prevention and control at the above-mentioned establishments.
Temporarily suspending public transport, except for cases of official duty, buses transporting workers, experts, quarantined people, vehicles transporting production materials and goods. Limiting the activities of personal vehicles as much as possible.
Residents are urged to be conscious to false information and strictly follow the regulations of prevention and control of Covid-19. At the same time, when receiving information, residents should refer the official sources, do not spread unverified or false information causing difficulties for epidemic prevention and control. Thuan An City and Tan Uyen Town ensure a full supply of necessities and essential items for the people, so hoarding is not necessary.
