PORTAL - Facing the complicated situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, Thu Dau Mot City's Public Administrative Service Center temporarily suspends face-to-face transactions to handle administrative procedures and switched to receiving online administrative procedures.
Organizations, individuals, enterprises and people can make transactions via the Public Service Page of Binh Duong Province at the address: https://dichvucong.binhduong.gov.vn or via the postal service from 07:30 on June 05, 2021 until further notice.
For urgent administrative procedure dossiers, the Heads of agencies and units shall take appropriate measures to ensure safe and effective pandemic prevention and control.
Organizations and individuals want to learn about administrative procedures, download application forms and declarations by accessing the address https://dichvucong.binhduong.gov.vn/bo-thu-tuc-hanh-chinh, unit: Thu Dau Mot City People's Committee, choose the procedure to learn; prepare the dossiers according to regulations. Submit your dossiers online via the provincial public service website (for levels 3, 4) and via post service.
Individuals and organizations are responsible for the legality and accuracy of papers and declaration forms in the dossier.
Note that the letter envelope of administrative dossiers needs to clearly state the information. Specify the applicant's name, address, and contact phone number; Recipient’s name, phone number.

When the handling results are available, the civil servants who receive the dossiers shall hand them over to the Post Office to deliver the results to home or to the address requested by the people and collect the prescribed fees and charges (if any).

Each counter has a mobile number with zalo, mail of it own to receive and deliver the results in ipad.

For receiving the dossier
Step 1: When an individual or organization calls to any counter, let make friends with that individual or organization
Step 2: Instruct individuals and organizations to take photos of their original dossier and send them via zalo
Step 3: The guiding staff will review the dossier and send the application form to the people
Step 4: Check the dossier, notify people about the status of their dossier that needs to be supplemented ... or the dossier is complete
Step 5: If the dossier is complete, people should go to the nearest post office to submit it by post.
For delivering the dossier results:
When individuals or organizations call for delivering the results of completed dossiers
Step 1: Individuals and organizations are required to make friends on zalo
Step 2: Capture the receipt
Step 3: Check the dossier status
Step 4: If the dossier is completed (or the dossier is a tax notice), then notify the people due to the pandemic situation, not directly deliver the result but by post, ask for people's address so that the post office can send the result directly to their home.

Step 1: Go to the website https://dichvucong.binhduong.gov.vn, register an account according to the instructions.
Step 2: Log in to your account
Step 3: Scan the dossier to be submitted online
Step 4: On the main interface, select "Online registration" and select "Submit the dossier at District/Town level"
+ In the "District/Town" section, select Thu Dau Mot City People's Committee
+ In the "Field" section, select the field you want to apply online
+ In the "Level" section, select Level 4
+ Click "Search" button
+ Click to select the type of dossier procedure to submit
+ Click the button "Submit the dossier" at the bottom of the page
Step 5: In the section "Information of the person in charge of the dossier", enter full information in the section of Full name, sex, ID number (or citizen's identity card), permanent residence, email, phone number
Step 6: Uncheck "Business"
Step 7: In the section "List of attached dossier", attach the scanned dossier to the "Attach file" section.
Step 8: Click "Review and submit the dossier" button
