PORTAL – On the evening of June 6, 2021, Binh Duong Center for Disease Control (CDC) informed the positive case of SARS-CoV-2 after the rapid test at An Phu Hospital (Thuan An City) has received the negative result when being tested by RT-PCR.
On the morning of June 6, 2021, A Dong Company (Biconsi Residential Area, Tan Binh Ward, Di An Town) conducted a rapid screening test for the staff at An Phu Hospital. After the test, the staff went home and waited for the result. On the afternoon the same day, the Hospital detected a positive test of a male called N.C.K (Dong Tac Quarter, Tan Dong Hiep Ward, Di An City).
After receiving the announcement of Thuan An Medical Center, Di An Medical Center has conducted to supervise, temporarily quarantine the cases and immediately take test sample for CDC to test PCR. Through investigation, the case did not have epidemiological factors, was not in close contact with the infected or suspected cases. At 21:30 the same day, Binh Duong CDC informed that the PCR test result of N.C.K was negative.
