Temporarily suspending transactions of direct administrative procedures at the Public Administration Center of Binh Duong province

​PORTAL - Implementing Directive no. 15/CT-TTg dated March 27, 2020, Directive no. 16/CT-TTg dated March 31, 2020 of the Prime Minister and the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee issued an express document on the implementation of administrative procedures (AP) via online form and public post in the period of Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control.

Accordingly, it is recommended that departments, committees and branches temporarily suspend direct AP transactions at the 1st floor, the Provincial Public Administration Center, move to online AP reception and public postal services (pay 100 % of AP settlement documents via public post) from June 02, 2021 until further notice. For urgent AP, heads of departments and branches take appropriate handling measures to ensure pandemic prevention and control.
