Preparing fully manpower and facilities
Accordingly, each public hospital, district Medical Center shall arrange from 01 to 02 mobile emergency Teams, ready to assist in handling emergency situations at polling stations; arrange medical staff on duty 24/24, fully prepare drugs, chemicals, intravenous fluids, etc. to ensure the effective reception, examination, collection and accommodation and treatment of cases who come for medical examination and hospitalization
Health Stations assign from 01 to 02 Medical teams are responsible for monitoring, receiving and handling cases with epidemiological factors, suspected infection, health incidents of deputies, officials and people on election day.
At each polling station, 01 medical team shall be arranged, including at least 01 medical staff or 01 health worker in the hamlet or quarter responsible for monitoring, first aid treatment, health declaration, measuring body temperature for deputies, officials and people. Election plan when there is no Covid-19 pandemic in the province
Voters participating in the election must strictly follow the 5K recommendation of the Ministry of Health, voters are instructed to keep a distance of at least 1m, limit contacting and gathering in large groups at the polling stations. Complying with the personal protection measures and the Election Group's instructions on Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control; Promptly notifying the Election Group if there are symptoms of fever, cough, and shortness of breath.
Applying health declaration at the polling station by health declaration form for people with symptoms of fever, cough and shortness of breath; people coming to and returning to Binh Duong from other provinces during the period from May 02, 2021 until the election day. Members of the Election Group notify and coordinate with the medical team on duty of Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control to bring voters with signs of suspected SARS-CoV-2 infection to the treatment facility, immediately carrying out disinfection spraying of the entire election station and the family of the person suspected of infection; tracing close contacts; localizing medical quarantine where the voter suspected of infection resides.
Broadcasting, announcing or sending information on the official list of candidates for voters under medical quarantine at home has enough information to select candidates to be the deputies of the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels.
