​​Reporting to the Inspection team, the EC of Di An City said that the city has made good preparations for the election. Specifically, the whole city has 493,291 people with 168,666 permanent residents and 324,625 temporary residents. The city has established 182 polling stations. The EC of 07 wards has posted the list of candidates, the list of voters in accordance with the regulations at selected posting points in polling stations such as: Quarter offices, People's committees of wards, polling stations. The preparation of human resources for candidates for the People's Councils at city and ward levels is implemented in accordance with regulations.

At the meeting, the Inspection and Supervision Team of the Provincial EC supervised the organization situation and the results of the second and third Consultation conferences; the implementation of regulations on nominating candidates for the election of deputies to the People's Councils at all levels; the receiving candidates' profiles for the election of deputies to the People's Councils; the fixing and announcement of constituencies, the number of deputies to be elected in each unit; making and posting the list of voters; grassroots candidates, the settlement of election complaints and denunciations, etc.

The Inspection and Supervision Team noted that, from now until the election day of May 23, 2021, the EC of Di An City continues to strengthen propaganda about the election, especially in industrial parks, clusters and the inns which are crowded with workers. Along with that, paying attention to and directing the work of ensuring security and order in the election, the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control, including the preparation of specific plans, scenarios if there are areas quarantined by the Covid-19 pandemic in the locality, etc.
