​Accordingly, temporarily suspending some unnecessary service activities such as: Disco, karaoke, bar, game room, massage, gym, wedding restaurants, yoga rooms, venues of entertainment, recreation, singing together, movie theaters, beauty, cosmetology, and physiotherapy facilities across the province.

All levels, branches and units must immediately grasp and strictly comply with the guidance documents of the Prime Minister, the Ministries, Central Branches, the Provincial Party Committee and Official Dispatch no. 1804/UBND-VX dated May 04, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of urgent measures for Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control in the new situation in the province effectively, consistent with the situation and developments of Covid-19 pandemic which is spreading widely in the community; not be negligent, subjective, caught off guard or panic, lose their temper before complicated developments of the pandemic.

Actively promoting the dissemination of information on the pandemic prevention and control to each organization and individual, and requiring all people to strictly abide by the 5K message of the Ministry of Health; especially wearing masks is compulsory in public places. Not organizing unnecessary activities gathering crowded people, stopping to organize events gathering crowded people such as weddings, festivals, and tourist attractions.

The Department of Education and Training develops a plan for pandemic prevention and control and well organizes the 2021 exams (enrollment at all levels, High school graduation) in the province to ensure safety. In case of a pandemic outbreak, the Department is requested to urgently advise the Provincial People's Committee on plans for organizing teaching activities to ensure efficiency and safety. The universities, colleges and professional intermediate schools in the province proactively organize the implementation of the unit's curriculum, the work of Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control accordingly, to ensure the safety of lecturers, students and related subjects.

The Provincial Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front coordinates with relevant agencies to regularly propagate and guide religious organizations to temporarily suspend religious activities gathering large numbers of people; in cases where it is really necessary, the organization must strictly implement pandemic prevention and control measures under the guidance of functional agency (Official dispatch no. 1988/BNV-TGCP dated May 07, 2021 of the Ministry of Home Affairs); 5K recommendation of Health Ministry: face mask, social distancing, disinfection, avoiding large gatherings, seriously making health declarations as regulated.

The Department of Health is responsible for, proactively coordinating with relevant agencies to procure adequate medical equipment, drugs, bio-products, chemicals, etc. to timely and effectively serve the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control; preparing sufficient resources as prescribed by the Ministry of Health to proactively test for subjects at high risk and potential pandemic outbreaks, proceeding to timely wide-scale testing for subjects in the area.

Accelerating the vaccination against the pandemic, especially for the front-line subjects, who are prioritized in accordance with the Government's direction under the proposed plan roadmap of the province, at the same time, urgently formulating a Covid-19 vaccination plan for all subjects in the province; continuing to supplement and complete detailed scenarios on the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control of the province for each specific situation to meet the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control in the coming time.

The Office of Provincial People's Committee advises the Provincial People's Committee to direct agencies and units in the Provincial Administration Center Building to work towards limiting meetings and conferences, reducing the number of people working, working online and restricting outside people from entering the building. At the same time, directing the Building Management Board to implement the pandemic prevention and control measures in accordance with the direction and guidance of the Ministries and Central branches.

Heads of Party executive committees, agencies and units must be responsible for leading and directing pandemic prevention and control to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed pandemic prevention and control measures.
