​Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee directs agencies and units to use Government specialized digital signatures in electronic transactions for management, administration, work handling and online public service provision. Regularly inspecting and evaluating the situation of management and use of Government specialized digital signatures within their agencies and organizations, ensuring strictness and efficiency. In particular, there is a form of commendation and discipline for units and individuals in order to motivate the use of Government specialized digital signatures.

The use of Government specialized digital signatures shall comply with the provisions of the Government's Decree no. 130/2018/ND-CP dated September 27, 2018 and the Prime Minister's Directive no. 02/CT-TTg dated January 23, 2019.

The Department of Information and Communications coordinates with relevant agencies and units to focus on promoting the use of Governmental special digital signatures in the province, and at the same time organize the registration of demand for new digital certificates in the period of 2021-2025 and send them to the Government Cipher Committee within the prescribed time; during the implementation process, if there are any difficulties and problems beyond authority, promptly reporting and advising the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and settlement.
