Five implementation years (2010-2015) of the 9th Provincial Party Congress Resolution: Binh Duong province booms
Part 1: Developing transport infrastructure   BEGIC - In the 2010-2015 period, Binh Duong
province invested strongly in synchronous infrastructure, diversified
resources and investment forms to enhance transport infrastructure,
built up internal routes linked with regional areas, motivating economic
robust growth of the province.

Many major projects were carried
out, namely, My Phuoc - Tan Van route crossing Di An town, Thuan An
town, and TDM City with a total length of ) 26.7km, 6 lanes, overpasses,
tunnels at intersections. Expectedly, by the end of 2015, the project
will be inaugurated and put into use. My Phuoc - Tan Van route will help
to ease the traffic pressure on Highway 13, DT743; connect Binh Duong
province with Thi Vai, Cai Mep port, container port, Long Thanh
international airport.

street in TDM City to connect Binh Duong New City with TDM City with
total length of 6.53km, 8 lanes, a total investment of VND1,917 billion
was completed and put into use in late 2014.
In addition, the province also
upgraded and expanded roads: DT741, DT742, DT743, DT744 ... in order to
create a seamless linkage between industrial parks and residential
areas and raw material supplying areas, urban centers in the province.

The construction and putting key
traffic projects into use has helped to change the face of the province;
thereby, opening up opportunities to attract more investments,
affecting positively provincial socio-economic development, facilitating
rapid and sustainable growth in the future.
