After inspection, the delegation
commented that Binh Duong province had performed well the dissemination
of documents and foreign affairs, especially, the signing to become
friends between provincial Military Headquarter and Kandal province
Military Subarea under Cambodian Royal Army Force’ special military
zone.
Regarding public diplomacy affairs,
Binh Duong province organized many meaningful events to promote
socio-economic development, defense – security, foreign investment
attraction and poverty reduction.
