Chairman of the People's Committee receives Consul General of Singapore
BEGIC - On Jan 11, Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of Provincial
Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee had a working
session with Ms. Leow Siu-Lin, Consul General of Singapore in Ho Chi
Minh City.

At the working session, Consul Leow thanked
Chairman Liem for receiving the delegation then congratulated him on his
new duty. She also thanked provincial leaders for their assistance and
supports for Singaporean enterprises operating in Binh Duong.

On behalf of provincial leaders, Chairman Tran
Thanh Liem welcomed the delegation's visit. He informed that Singapore
is currently one of the fourth largest investors in the province and the
model of VSIP is operating effectively in Binh Duong. Chairman Liem
promised to continue facilitate Singaporean businesses and he also hoped
Consul Leow Siu Lin to support Binh Duong province in investment
attraction.
