Attending the event were Dang Minh Hung, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee; leaders of sectors, departments together with more than 200 workers and trade union officials in the locality.
At the meeting, the local workers and trade union officials presented their queries pertaining to employment, salary, unemployment insurance, health insurance, labor safety-hygiene, traffic jam, pavement encroachment, water-power prices at lodging facilities…

The above queries also received direct answers from representatives of sectors, agencies in the province and leaders of the town. Some will be transferred to relevant agencies for further solution.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr.Hung acknowledged all petitions by the local workers and trade union officials while asking for the town and relevant agencies to opportunely solve them. He also required the local functional agencies to better disseminate the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies among workers. Particularly, they need to create favorable conditions for workers to realize their right to the election of deputies to the 14th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels on May 22 ahead.
