Addressing the conference, Mr.Liem said that this was an important event, providing the province with overall solutions in smart city development in each concrete field. Provincial People’s Committee believed that solutions to raise the effectiveness of State administration will be the premise for Binh Duong to reach sustainable development, thereby bringing locals a better life towards the goal of becoming a smart city under the central control by 2020.
