Besides that, it will retain the main labor force at some industrial parks to ensure that they will be prioritized to get the interests from the government policies and to make sure that human resources serve well for industrial park in general. The larger purpose is attracting more labors for the sustainable economic development.

 

 

According to the developing characters of some industrial parks in Binh Duong, the project will be deployed first at Thu Dau Mot town (The Hoa Loi Residential) and Ben Cat district (IP and Residential of My Phuoc 1, My Phuoc 2, My Phuoc 3,  IP and Thoi Hoa residential, IP and Bau Bang urban area). They will give accommodations for cadres, civil servants; commissioned officer; professional soldier; worker; people who returned their mission house; pupil, students from universities, colleges and technical secondary schools; low-income people living in the industrial parks.

 

Welfare houses have many blocks with scale of 1 ground and 4 floors, surrounding with nursery schools, kindergartens, services and commercial area, car park, healthy care and entertainment services…. Becamex welfare houses are sold with the average price at 130 million Vietnam dongs per 30 meters square house and 260 million Vietnam dongs per 60 meters square house.
