According to the plan, in the period of 2011 – 2015 will deploy projects: building IT center; developing training center of human resources; improve state management capacity; study technology - science for IT supplementary industry; impulse the development of source code software with total investment 200 billions VND.
 
Concerning human resources, period of 2011 – 2015, ensure to train 5000 new qualified labors work in assembly and intergration plants; period of 2016 – 2020, train 6000 new qualified labors work in facturies which product components, accessories and IT supplementary industry. Besides, need to train and attract more 1000 computer programmers to develop software industry and digital content.
