Bach Dang Trade – Service Center covers total area of 67,000 square meters, invested by Binh Duong Construction – Consulting – Investment Joint-Stock Company (BICONSI) and Binh Duong Development Investment Fund (BDIF). The project is designed to become a multi-functional urban areas including shopping centers, office buildings, apartments, high rise hotel connected to new housing, low-rise villas with square green and environmentally friendly. Sources of investment capital and technical infrastructure construction about VND 940 billion.

 

The project was implemented over two phases, first phase: the construction of infrastructure systems, the public buildings, green parks, housing, low-rise villas, Phase 2: Development construction of shopping centers, office buildings, apartments, high-rise hotels. The project is expected to be completed by 2015.
