There were 12 teams got excellent results at the grassroots level competition. All of them had to compete in 3 parts: Greeting, Question-Answer and Performent which contented in moral principles for health staffs about communication and attitudes to patients.

 

 

 

Each team had 7 minutes for introduction in the greeting contest; there were 10 minutes for replying the queries in the question and answer part and 15 minutes for their drama performance.

 

 

 

Aiming to give the changes for health officials in experience exchanges; enhancing the staffs’ roles and responsibilities to meet the client satisfaction and fulfill the tasks in protection and taking care the people health.

 

The competition took place in 2 days, 22 and 23/9/2011.
