According to Mr. Takehiro Yasui, with the Private Sector Investment Finance (PSIF), enterprises are supported the direct loan from JICA without approval from the two governments’ agreement. This form aims to reduce the unnecessary administrative procedures, prolong the loan term, apply the suitable interest… and JICA will support techniques for researching the feasibility of the project, human resources … before the project signature. Currently, businesses have chance to approach the PSIF in Ho Chi Minh City and Long An province.

 

Addressing in the event, on behalf of provincial authorities, Vice Chairman Tran Thanh Liem expressed his sincere thanks to JICA for supporting Binh Duong province to deploy the water supply and sewage, environment projects in the previous time. PSIF will create the favorable conditions for enterprises to approach the capitals. For Binh Duong side, Binh Duong Water Supply, Sewage and Environment Company will be the first enterprise to be applied the PSIF form to deploy the water supply, sewage and environment projects.
