Stating at the meeting, General Consul expressed his thanks to provincial leaders for creating favorable conditions during his term in Vietnam. The General Consul expressed his joy with the rapid development of Binh Duong province during the past time and believed that in the time to come, under the leadership of Provincial Party’s Committee, People’s Committee, Binh Duong province will gain a higher position. The General Consul also promised that under any new capacity, he would continue to enhance the relationship between China and Vietnam in general and between China and Binh Duong in particularly upon the base of friendship cooperation.

 

On behalf of provincial leaders, Chairman Le Thanh Cung expressed his thanks to the General Consul for contributing to the good relationship between China with provinces and cities of Vietnam, including Binh Duong, during his term in Vietnam. As well as introducing many Chinese entrepreneurs to invest into Binh Duong province. Chairman wished the General Consul to successfully fulfill his new position entrusted by the China Government.
