Bishop Leopaldo Girelli, non-residential pontifical representative visit to Binh Duong province
BEGIC - Nov.2012, at the provincial office, Binh Duong People’s Committee Vice Chairman Huynh Van Nhi had received Bishop Leopaldo Girelli, non-residential pontifical representative of the Vatican in Vietnam in his visit to Binh Duong province.
Vice Chairman Huynh Van Nhi briefly informed the socio economic development of Binh Duong province in the previous time and highly appreciated the solidarity of Binh Duong catholic people, contributing to the economic development as well as social activities, thereby, enhancing the spirit “Living out the Gospel in the midst of the Nation”, “live well in one’s life and one’s faith”.
Bishop Leopaldo Girelli expressed his joys in the warm welcoming and hospitality of Binh Duong authorities and the friendly local people and impressed by the provincial development. He hoped that Binh Duong will keep the harmony among the religions in the future.
