Under the agreement, two provinces officially established their comprehensive cooperation in all fields, especially in economy, trade and investment. They will share experiences and support each other to increase the effectiveness in state, economic management as well as in planning and implementing socio-economic development.

 

The nature and content of the cooperation will be defined in the specific program, projects for each field of each side. Biannually, two provinces will summarize, evaluate the implementation as well as discuss adjusted issues.

 

 

Addressing at the ceremony, Former President Nguyen Minh Nguyen Triet appreciated the cooperation which will create favorable conditions to rapidly develop for both localities based on sharing the experiences.

According to Former President Nguyen Minh Triet, first of all, both sides should develop their own strengths to support each other, for instance Binh Duong has advantages in attracting investment, industrial development and services; paying attention in the cooperation content which must be realistic, feasible and efficient; controlling strictly the implementation of the agreement. Besides, reforming rapidly, clearly and publicly administrative formalities; pushing up the human resources training, building responsible, confidential, professional officials; respecting and co-operating with enterprises to enhance local competitiveness in attracting investment and creating the most favorable conditions for investors.
