The Management of Binh Duong Construction’s Projects (briefly as The Management) is a business unit under Provincial People’s Committee (PPC), responsible for managing PPC’s investment projects in construction, as well as for being investor of projects offered by PPC.

 

 

Powers and duties of The Management are to prepare profiles of construction reports and new projects; implement procedures of land assignment, construction permit; set up tender dossiers, select the contractors; negotiate and sign contracts under the authorization of the PPC; supervise construction works; manage quality, volume, tempo, building costs, labor safety and environmental construction, check and take over the buildings.

 

The management board is operated with 5 divisions, and led by one director and not exceed three director deputies. After awarding decisions, Mr. Le Thanh Cung desired the Management to quickly consolidate the organizational structure, improve facilities and human resources in order to effectively operate.
