Cooperation agreement signed between Binh Duong and Champasak

BEGIC - June 21, at the Binh Duong People’s Committee’s hall, Mr. Mai The Trung,Secretary of Binh Duong Party Committee, received the delegation from Champasak province of LaoPeople’s Democratic Republic led by Mr. Sonxay Siphandone, Secretary of Champasak Party Committee and Governor of Champasak.

Mr. Le Thanh Cung - Deputy Secretary of Binh Duong Party Committee and Chairman of People’s Committee, and Mr. Tran Thanh Liem - Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee also presented at the meeting.

At the meeting, Secretary Mai The Trung expressed his congratulations on the success of the 6^th Champasak Provincial Party Committee Congress and the 9^th Lao People’s Revolutionary Party Congress.

Mr. Sonxay Siphandone expressed his gratitude to Binh Duong leaders and people for the warm welcome and congratulated the success of the 9^th of Binh Duong Party Committee Congress, and the 13^th National Assembly Members, and People’s Council Members Elections for the 2011-2016 period took place in May 2011.

On this meeting, the leaders signed the cooperation agreement between Binh Duong and Champasak for the next five years with the main content of continuing sending distinctive delegations for working trip on studying and exchanging experiences, cooperating in developing pottery projects, planting and manufacturing rubber tree in Champsak province, and continuing students exchange programs.
