The International Exchange Center of Korea will support the management of the Vietnam - Korea Cooperation Center (the Center) such as officer sending, creating the fund for the center. Binh Duong Youth Union and Binh Duong Foreign Affairs Department will cooperate with the related departments to process the establishment of the Center under the regulation of Vietnam.

This agreement shall come into effect and remain in force for a period of 5 years since the day of signature. Every year, the two parties co-ordinate to examine, evaluate the implementation of the MOU. and after five years, generally evaluate the entire program to have the basic for renewing the agreement another five-year.
