 The content of the document no. 3900/BHXH-QLT on guiding social insurance code issuance for participants of social insurance and health insurance. This is a new term regulated in Decision no. 595/QĐ-BHXH which is valid from September 01, 2017. It is applicable for new participants as well as being checked- up for synchronization for former participants.
