At the Seminar, Heads of Diplomatic Missions listened to provinces, cities, and industry associations about their local advantages, chances of cooperation for development in high-tech agriculture, training high-quality human resources, digital transformation, green growth, ecotourism development, developing supporting industry in the leather and footwear industry, textiles and garments, electronic equipment, etc. In addition, the Delegation was recommended to support finding partners relating to the production of raw materials and fuels in the supporting industry to serve the main manufacturing sectors of Viet Nam.

Speaking at the Seminar, Mr. Vo Van Minh - Chairman of Binh Duong PPC said that in the coming time, Binh Duong would prioritize attracting investment in high-tech, advanced, environmentally friendly, low-cost industries and fields; financial services, logistics, and other high-tech services; supporting industries, high-tech agriculture and especially attracting investment in Science and Technology Industrial Zone based on the industry 4.0. Binh Duong hoped Heads of Diplomatic Missions would connect Binh Duong with potential partners to develop together.
Representatives of leaders of provinces and localities in the Southeast region shared information at the Seminar.
Heads of Diplomatic Missions shared opportunities to connect and cooperate with localities. At present, all the countries in the world truly take an interest in high-tech industry development, green economy, circular economy, and labor market. Ambassadors would provide information related to trade, and support businesses with difficulties and problems in export and import in countries. According to Ambassadors, the European market was extremely potential. This was an opportunity for businesses to approach new markets and diversify the import market to avoid a shortage of materials and fuels. Businesses needed to take advantage of opportunities at the right time and focus on training high-quality human resources to attract investment.

Making a concluding statement at the Seminar, Mr. Mai Phan Dung appreciated the practical orientations of localities in investment attraction and market expansion. He asked localities to combine with the Vietnamese Embassies in other countries for necessary information, and solutions to improve the effectiveness of foreign affairs work. The delegation will research and support to the best of its ability to act as a bridge between localities and international partners.
