According to the plan, peak implementation time is from December 15, 2023 to February 29, 2024. Police units and localities across the province has synchronously deployed professional measures, focusing on doing a good job of basic investigation, review of key routes, areas, and fields, identify areas and subjects that need to focus on fighting for eradication, giving priority to immediately solving pressing and complicated problems that arise right from the grassroots.

In the field of security, they have focused on resolving cases of large gatherings of people striking and complaining, avoiding the formation of complicated and prolonged hotspots, avoiding sudden and unexpected situations.

In the field of preventing and combating social order criminals, they have focused on fighting and strongly handling criminal gangs, especially groups of youth and teenagers who use dangerous weapons and support tools to commit crimes or resolve conflicts; subjects operating across lines and bordering areas; criminals taking advantage of high technology; criminal activities that violate laws related to "black credit", debt collection, illegal arrest of people, property confiscation; criminals illegally trading and storing weapons, explosives, and support tools; subjects buying, selling and transporting firecrackers; business entities with protection activities; murderers, or subjects intentionally causing injury due to social reasons; criminals of human trafficking, gambling, prostitution, etc.

Police have also promoted the fight against economic crimes, corruption, smuggling, environmental crimes, trade fraud, production and sale of counterfeit and poor-quality goods; tax evasion and commodity speculation; entities trading, transporting, buying and selling food of unknown origin, not ensuring food hygiene and safety, etc.

For drug-related criminals, they have strictly managed drug addicts in society and those showing signs of psychosis and drug addiction, subjects taking advantage of business establishments with security and order conditions to organize and illegally use drugs; eliminated networks that buy, sell, store and use illegal drugs, etc.

They have organized the arrest of wanted subjects; coordinated with functional agencies to inspect and strictly handle the situation of vehicles not having business registration and parking lot, and subjects violating traffic order and safety; business establishments with security and order conditions; establishments not ensuring regulations on fire prevention and fighting, especially establishments that are suspended or temporarily suspended but still secretly operate during Tet, etc.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Chairman of the PPC – Mr. Vo Van Minh requested the Heads of agencies, units and localities to coordinate with the Police and Military forces to strengthen the strict implementation of Directives and Resolutions on ensuring security and order. At the same time, it is required to effectively implement social security policies, monitor and understand the situation of salaries and bonuses of workers and employees, and promptly resolve cases according to the "4 on the spot" motto. Mr. Vo Van Minh also requested to strengthen propaganda to ensure traffic safety, fire and explosion prevention, and promote the role of the armed forces in ensuring security and order. The Provincial Police need to proactively deploy synchronous professional measures, mobilize means, forces and professional measures to drastically implement measures to attack and suppress criminals.
