Currently, large corporations such as Samsung, LG, Hyundai, etc. are all focusing on converting to carbon-neutral production.
Based on the Carbon Neutral model being piloted by Banwol-Sihwa Industrial Complexes in Korea, SEP Group wants to invest more than 200 million USD to establish a Carbon Neutral Industrial Complex specializing in shoe industry and the first carbon reduction infrastructure in Vietnam on an area of 180 hectares in Phu Giao district, Binh Duong province. Accordingly, about 20 member enterprises of SEP will participate and invest in carbon neutral solutions. Through this project, it will contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and protecting the environment; actively contribute to the "green" and sustainable development orientation of the province.

At the same time, Korea University of Technology will award full scholarships to students who are trained in Environmental Technology in Korea to serve Binh Duong in this field. In the coming time, Mr. Dong Hoon Hyun hoped that Binh Duong province's leaders will actively pay attention and support so that the project can be implemented soon.
