Implementing the orientation of closely linking foreign information with economic diplomacy, the province has strengthened the organization of many foreign economic activities, trade promotion and foreign investment cooperation. Some foreign activities, international events in the province such as the Event honoring the ICF's TOP 7; Horasis India Meeting 2022; events on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Korea, etc.

The cultural and social foreign activities were well implemented, notably the implementation of propaganda activities for the scientific seminar "Keeping up the tradition, Binh Duong province - The journey of a quarter century: Achievements and Prospects"; organizing international sports tournaments; in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Technology to host the National Innovative Entrepreneurship Day 2022 - Techfest Vietnam 2022, etc.
In people's foreign affairs, strengthening propaganda and foreign information on the domestic situation, the local situation, the Party's guidelines, lines and views, issues of public concern are conveyed to all classes of people, overseas Vietnamese returning to visit localities in a timely manner, through many channels, creating favorable public opinion for socio-economic development, keeping political security, social order and safety of the province.
Mass media agencies have closely coordinated in foreign information, between foreign information and domestic information, among press agencies inside and outside the province.

However, the province's foreign information still has some limitations: The coordination between a number of departments, branches and localities in propaganda is not regular and synchronous; the content and form of foreign information and propaganda in some fields are still not unique, the attractiveness and attraction are not high, especially information in foreign languages; the application of information technology, the Internet, and social networks in propaganda and promotion activities in Binh Duong province is still limited in terms of content, has not been widely spread and the propaganda effectiveness is not high, etc.
In 2023, the Steering Committee continues to deeply grasp the views, guidelines and policies of the Party and State and the province on foreign affairs and foreign information. Strengthening propaganda, promoting foreign information on the economy, propaganda activities, promoting the image of the country, people, history, national culture, achievements in economic, cultural, social development and strengths, potentials of cooperation, investment, tourism, relationships with foreign localities, etc. of Vietnam in general, and Binh Duong province in particular.

Concluding the meeting, Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh requested the Steering Committee to continue to supplement and complete the report, highlighting the results of the Steering Committee's activities in 2023. Departments and branches actively provide information, the Propaganda and Training Commission presides over the development of a set of foreign information documents using QR codes. The Steering Committee advises the organization of Binh Duong's identity creation contest; research, innovate, diversify both content and form of foreign information in a way that is easy to read, understand, highly oriented and pervasive, etc.
